Not a Binding Contract: The listing of services or project portfolios on this Site does not constitute a binding offer to provide services. All logistics engagements are subject to separate written agreements, Bills of Lading, or Service Contracts.
Third-Party Carriers: Panna Traders acts as a logistics facilitator. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, or customs authorities, except as explicitly stated in a specific service contract.
